Step 1

• Put 1/4 x 1/2" flange bolt into Hole #1 and thread 1 piece of 1/2" tubing onto the nut.
• Only finger tight at this time.

Step 2

• Using tube #1 to balance the side plate, repeat Step #1 for Holes #2,3,4,5,6 and either hole for #7.
• Only finger tight at this time

Step 3

• Place the 1/2" x 20-1/8" PVC roller onto tube #7

Step 4

• Place 4 each 1/2" x 5" PVC rollers on each of the remaining 6 tubes. (24 rollers total)

Step 5

• Place the other end plate on top of the unit and carefully align the tubes to the matching holes, thread the 1/4" x 1/2" flange bolts into the tubes.
• Pay Special attention to Hole #7
• All bolts should only be finger tight
